This is a fantastic item for DIY person !!! Makes so many jobs soooooo much easier. I hung over 24 sheets of wall board by myself and was able to jack the pieces up to the ceiling which left it secure with out any hands holding it up. From there I could position and fasten them with ease. Your money is VERY well spent on this tool. I also leveled my front load washer alone. Just these jacks and a level.
I was in need of something like this but I didn’t even know something like this existed! I am so glad it does because it arrived just in time. I am at the end of a half bathroom remodel and am installing a prehung door and needed an extra helping hand. In fact these are way better than hands since they are so small, can lift without getting tired, and can hold up to 250lbs or so! I have never had an easier time hanging a door than I did while using these jacks. Such a life saver!
Afterwards I was thinking about lifting refrigerators or washer/dryers or the like to adjust those adjustable feet. I’m sure there are a ton of other uses out there for these things. I am so happy to have these and I highly recommend them to you!
I saw these and instantly knew they would be so helpful in finishing my barn. At first I was concerned that they might not hold the fairly heavy 12 foot long 5/8" fire rated drywall I'm working with but they handled it with ease. Simply set them to the height you want (you'll have to measure or eyeball it) then place your material on top while you fix it in place.
I wish that I had these a long time ago. They made installing 4x8 siding so much easier. I was able to do it without help. They hold the sheet in place nicely. Next time I sheet rock walls I’ll use it there also. Thanks, George
