We know you are excited to get your products, we are too! That is why we do our best to ensure the delivery is done as fast as possible to ensure you get your items fast. 

SHIPPING UPDATE & DELIVERY NOTICE

We now exclusively ship with Australia Post (AU orders) and New Zealand Post (NZ orders).

Please note: Due to high demand and logistics constraints, some New Zealand orders containing battery-operated products may experience slight delays. Rest assured, we are working closely with our logistics partners to get your order to you as soon as possible.

Our processing time is:

• Orders placed Monday – Thursday: Processed the next morning.
• Friday 12:00 AM - 2:00 PM: Processed the same afternoon.
• Orders placed Friday after 2 PM – Sunday: Processed on Monday morning.

Delivery typically takes 5-12 business days after dispatch, depending on courier efficiency.

Our warehouses are located in Sydney, NSW and our office is located in Adelaide, SA.

DO YOU PROVIDE WARRANTY?

Yes, we provide a 100-Day Risk-Free Trial on applicable products, as listed on the product page. In addition, all our products come with a 12-month warranty. These warranties are in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which guarantees that products must be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
